Next Working Day Delivery

• Free delivery on orders of £30.00 and above.
• UK mainland only
• Once the funds are cleared then the order will be marked as next working day delivery, order placed after 12pm will be processed for delivery the next working day
• We are not responsible for any delays by the courier companies and payment providers, so please make sure you place the order well in time
• Excluding Scotland, Ireland, Channel Islands and Other Islands.

Once you select a delivery method at checkout you’ll be given a delivery date, these dates are indicative only and are not guaranteed. We do aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days. If your order is running late please get in touch with us and a member of our customer service team will be happy to chase this for you.

We are only able to deliver orders to the address provided at the time of order. Once your order is complete it is not always possible to change the address. If you do need the address to be changed please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll try to get this done for you.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery. Free delivery is not available to BT postcodes.

Returns

Whilst we always strive to provide the very best products and service, there may be a rare occasion that the order may not be exactly as you had expected. Please do not hesitate to get in touch. Our team will be more than happy to resolve this for you.

If you wish to return your purchase we ask that you please inform us within 28 days of receipt. Pokémon cards are non refundable or any items with game codes or codes that can be redeemed/used online can not be returned or refunded. We will only issue a refund if the item is unopened, unused and resalable condition. Failure to do so may result in a reduction of the refund amount.  Once your returned item is checked in at our facility you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item plus any delivery charges you paid when you placed the order. This may take up to 5 working days after we receive your items.

To protect both you and Toys4You, please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the outer box shows any signs of damage, or if you have any doubts about the condition of the items, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel to the full removal of all contents. This video will serve as the only valid proof for any claims regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged products. Failure to provide such a video may result in your claim being denied.
